Project Description
The facility is located on Lot 14608 in Bangi Selangor along Jalan Ikram-Uniten. It encompasses an area of approximately 67.12 Acres.
TNB has embarked on an exercise to acquire all necessary Planning Approvals and Building Plan and Engineering Approvals from Majlis Perbandaran Sepang (MPS) and other designated authorities in order to ultimately facilitate the issuance of CCC.
OUR SERVICES
Facility Inspection and condition survey, due diligence on the structural integrity and design review of the major elements and foundations, preparation and submission of all relevant drawings and documentation necessary for Permitting and CCC Approvals, identify the requirement for upgrading and asset rehabilitation works for all buildings and infrastructures within the facility
